Job summary

Human Touch Home Health is hiring compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one home health care across Fredericksburg and surrounding communities. You will assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and personal care in patients' homes, while reporting changes to supervising nurses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Complete documentation accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia CNA Certification Required
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Dependable and committed to scheduled patient visits

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes
• Previous Home Health or Personal Care Experience Preferred
