Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing PRN team throughout Northern Virginia.
We are looking for CNAs across Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Arlington County, Alexandria, Falls Church, and surrounding communities.
Service areas include Falls Church, Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Vienna, Annandale, Fairfax, Springfield, Burke, Lorton, Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, Centreville, Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, South Riding, Purcellville, Manassas, Manassas Park, Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge, Gainesville, Haymarket, Bristow, Dumfries, Triangle, and surrounding areas.
You don't have to cover all of Northern Virginia. We work to match available patient opportunities with the areas you're willing and able to serve.
If you're looking for PRN work that gives you flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in someone's home, we want to hear from you.
Home health is different.
You're not rushing down a hallway trying to care for several people at once.
You're walking into one patient's home and giving that person your attention.
You have the opportunity to learn their routine, understand what they need, recognize changes, and help them maintain their dignity and independence.
Because sometimes the things that seem small make the biggest difference.
Helping someone get ready for the day.
Making sure they can safely move around their home.
Preparing something to eat.
Listening when they need to talk.
That's care. And it matters.
Yes, you need to have the proper credentials.
But we're also looking for something a certification can't teach:
Dependability. Compassion. Patience. Respect.
When you accept a patient assignment, that patient is expecting you.
Showing up matters.
Being on time matters.
How you speak to someone matters.
Protecting their dignity matters.
Noticing when something seems different matters.
We're looking for CNAs who understand the responsibility that comes with being invited into someone's home to provide care.
For more than 27 years, Human Touch Home Health has provided skilled and non-skilled home health services throughout Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
Our CNAs are an essential part of that care.
You're often the familiar face patients look forward to seeing.
You're the person who may notice a change before anyone else does.
You're helping families feel more comfortable knowing someone dependable is caring for their loved one.
And you're helping people remain where many of them want to be most:
At home.
At Human Touch, you're not simply filling an assignment.
You're helping someone maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Whether you're looking for a few additional assignments or want to build a more consistent PRN schedule, we'd like to learn about your availability and the areas you prefer to serve.
