Job summary

Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate CNAs for PRN home care throughout Loudoun County, Virginia. You can choose the areas you cover and the hours that fit your schedule, with opportunities in Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling and nearby communities.

Opportunities include one-on-one client care, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing support from an office & clinical team. CPR/BLS preferred; active Virginia CNA certification required for all assignments.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA Certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes within your selected service area.
• Home Care or Home Health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
• Follow the established plan of care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
