Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Medical team at Lawrence Correctional Center in Sumner, Illinois. CNAs support personal hygiene, daily living activities, and vital sign monitoring under nursing and medical staff directions.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, CNA certification, and CPR/BLS; Maryland CNA licensure is also required. Prior experience in acute, long-term, emergency, or correctional settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification required.
• CNA licensure in Maryland required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• One year of experience in relevant settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, daily living activities and vital sign monitoring.
• Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under nursing and medical staff supervision.
