Job summary

Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, KY is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Medical Surgical unit. This full-time role (days) involves a 3 x 12-hour shift schedule and delivering compassionate inpatient care to patients recovering from illness, injury, and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Kentucky CNA license is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, BP, weight).
• Support patient mobility by transferring, repositioning, and ambulating safely.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain patient hygiene and a safe, clean care environment per facility protocols.

How you'll contribute

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a current Kentucky Certified Nursing Assistant License. Additional requirements include:

• CNA or EMT preferred
• Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA is preferred.
