Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Tennessee is hiring CNAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in home settings. The role offers $15.68 per hour with Daily Pay options, flexible hours, and a path to growth within a nationwide home care leader.

As an Addus CNA you will follow care plans, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation, while promoting independence and well-being for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Comfortable using an electronic device.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member, and report on completed tasks.
• Support with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Support with routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments, daily errands, and other locations as necessary.
• Assist member with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Observe and report any changes in member's condition.
