Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking a compassionate CNA in the United States to support seniors and individuals with disabilities at home with flexible hours and meaningful work. Earn $15.68 per hour with Daily Pay options and opportunities to deliver life-changing service as part of a growing national leader in home care.

This entry-level role focuses on following care plans, assisting with daily activities, and transporting clients to appointments, while maintaining safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Comfortable using an electronic device.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with routine house cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands as needed.
• Assist member with self-administration of medications (no administration).
• Observe and report changes in member's condition.

CNA Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member, and report on completed tasks
