You will provide personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe and welcoming living environment. The ideal candidate holds a current Texas CNA certification, demonstrates reliability, and communicates clearly with residents and staff while upholding patient rights and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to record vitals and care details accurately.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Cares for elderly and individuals with disabilities with patience.
• Understands and follows Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will
