Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Mount Pleasant, TX, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents. This role requires reliability, strong attendance, and teamwork to support the care team in delivering high-quality service.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, and vitals documentation while upholding the Resident Rights and safety policies. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Accurately records information and performs technical procedures.
• Communicates well with patients and demonstrates self-discipline and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
