Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care for residents and to support the care team.

You will assist with grooming, mobility, vitals, documentation, and positioning, while upholding patient rights and safety standards in a warm, respectful environment.

This full-time role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic procedures.
• Strong communication and patient care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, peri-care, dressing per policy
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies
• Support Mobility: assist with safe transfers and ambulation
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, I&O, meals
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and reality orientation as directed

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
• Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
