Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Kemp, Texas.

The successful candidate will provide compassionate daily care to residents, assist with grooming, hygiene, and mobility, and document vitals and intake accurately as part of a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.

• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents.
• Encourage engagement: lead ROM exercises and orientation.

Provide Compassionate Care and Support to Residents

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
