Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You’ll provide compassionate daily personal care to residents and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

This full-time role requires Texas CNA certification, strong attendance, and accurate documentation of vitals and care activities. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits to support you and the residents.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Accurately record information and perform basic procedures.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience.
• Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Understands Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, peri-care, and dressing as per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents regularly for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
• Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
