The role requires a Texas CNA certificate, reliability, and strong communication; duties include personal care, recording vitals, mobility support, and ensuring safety. This full-time position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA certification required.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor.
