Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide to assist residents at Mansfield Medical Lodge in Mansfield, TX. You will provide direct care and support under the supervision of the charge nurse, helping with daily living activities and promoting comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates must hold a current Nurse Aide certification in good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry, with clear English communication and the ability to follow both verbal and written

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• To assure resident safety.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, including toileting and incontinent care.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

Essential Functions:

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
