Priority Management Group, LLC is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide for Grapevine, TX. The role supports residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity in a compassionate care setting. Follow the charge nurse's schedule, assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, toileting and safety, and respond promptly to call lights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current Texas Nurse Aide certification in good standing is required.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

Essential Functions

• Assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist or feed residents.
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
• Other duties as assigned.
