Priority Management Group, LLC is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in BOSSIER CITY, LA. The role focuses on direct patient care, activities of daily living, and maintaining safety in the residents’ environment.

Qualified candidates hold a current Nurse Aide certification and a high school diploma (GED). English instruction and effective communication with residents are required as part of daily care and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Louisiana Nurse Aide Registry
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity
• To assure resident safety
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of residents
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
