Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide to support residents in a skilled nursing / rehab setting in Springtown, TX. The role focuses on direct patient care and ensuring safety and comfort in daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and feeding; responding to call lights; and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Qualifications include TX Nurse Aide certification and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification in good standing with the TX Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Bathe, groom, dress, and assist with hygiene.
• Answer call lights promptly and document care.
• Support feeding, mobility, and toileting as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
