Job summary

Windsor House Inc. is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our caregiving team at O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center in Masury, Ohio.

You will support residents with daily living activities and monitor wellbeing under the supervision of licensed nurses. We offer a performance bonus plan, attendance bonus, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, health benefits, life insurance, 401K, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be state tested or have recent nurse aide training completion certificate, or be willing to train.
• Previous experience in direct care services preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
• Care for the residents’ environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe residents’ skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Meet residents’ mental health and social service needs.
• Change linens on residents’ bed.
• Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents.
