Job summary

Windsor House Inc. in Warren, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to support residents with daily living activities and essential care tasks. You will record vital signs, assist with bathing, grooming, eating, and hydration, and report changes to licensed nurses to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications

• Must be STNA, have nurse aide training certificate, or be willing to train.
• Previous experience in direct care services preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
• Care for the residents’ environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe residents’ skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Meet residents’ mental health and social service needs.
• Change linens on residents’ bed.
• Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents.
