Job summary

Windsor House at Canfield is seeking a STNA to join our elder care team in Canfield, OH. The role includes routine nursing assistance, vital signs, and daily living support for residents in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Must be state tested or willing to train.
• Recent nurse aide training completion certificate.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in direct care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
• Care for the residents’ environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe residents’ skin when administering care and report changes to licensed nurse.
• Meet residents’ mental health and social service needs.
• Change linens on residents’ bed.
• Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents.
