Job summary

Windsor House Inc. in Youngstown, OH is seeking a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our team. You will take and record vital signs, assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, and maintain residents’ environment.

Qualifications include state-tested, completion certificate or willingness to train; high school diploma or GED preferred; prior direct care experience is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be state tested, have recent nurse aide training completion certificate, or be willing to train.
• Previous experience working in direct care services preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
• Care for the residents’ environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe residents’ skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Meet residents’ mental health and social service needs.
• Change linens on residents’ bed.
• Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents.
