Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Med Tech for the 2nd shift to support residents with medication administration and daily care within Pine Rock Manor. The role requires MNA license and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.

Schedule includes 3pm-11pm with every-other weekend coverage. We offer full- and part-time positions with a comprehensive benefits package and a generous sign-on bonus of $4,000 to qualified applicants.

• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage medication as allowed by state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (chart by exception).

Our Med Techs

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
