Qualifications

• Licensed Medication Technician with state-approved training required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by physician.
• Note and report errors in medication administration.
• Develop and implement procedures to identify and prevent medication errors.
• Complete forms, charts and reports as required.
