StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to assist in administering medications to residents under physician orders and supervision by nursing leadership. You will document care, report errors, and help implement procedures to prevent medication mistakes, while meeting required administrative duties.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a state-approved Medication Technician license.

Formación

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Licensed Medication Technician with state-approved training and exam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the physician and supervised by nursing leadership.
• Note and report errors in medication administration.
• Assist in developing procedures to prevent medication errors.
• Complete necessary forms, charts, and reports and submit as required.
• Record, measure, and report residents' vital signs when needed.
• Notify Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing Services of any medication issues.
• Follow medication card practices and document orders in the resident's chart.
