Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for residents, assisting with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and safety.
• Administer and observe medications, documenting accurately and reporting concerns promptly.
• Monitor resident conditions and changes in behavior, appetite, skin, and participation in activities.
• Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities to support well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and security systems.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff.
