• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long‑term care or clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition residents as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is under new management and seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Pleasant Hill, MO. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff




• Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team




• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming




• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and incontinence care




• Document resident care and medications in a timely and accurate manner




• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans




• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care outcomes

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri




• High school diploma or equivalent required




• Previous experience in a long-term care or clinical setting preferred




• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
