Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our skilled nursing team in Excelsior Springs, MO. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide compassionate personal care to our residents in a warm, resident-focused setting.

As a CMT, you will collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with residents and families to ensure high-quality care and comfort for those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Monitor residents' vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation)
• Provide personal care services (bathing, dressing, grooming) as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Maintain accurate records of medications administered and vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team

About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other patient care services. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Monitor residents' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Provide personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all medication administered and vital signs taken
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive high-quality care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
