Aspire Senior Living Platte City is hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our skilled nursing team in Platte City, MO. You will administer prescribed medications, document patient responses, and monitor for adverse reactions under licensed supervision.

We offer 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and full-time evenings, plus a pay rate of $19 per hour and up with an additional up to $4 per hour shift differential to recognize experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse.
• Accurately document medication administration and resident responses.
• Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
