• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and storage area.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.
