Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team under new management. The role includes administering medications and monitoring residents, while providing compassionate personal care in a warm setting.

We offer 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, full-time and part-time evenings, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Missouri CMT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Long-term care or clinical setting experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff
• Monitor resident health and report changes to the nursing team
• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities such as toileting and incontinence care
• Document resident care and medications accurately and timely
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care outcomes

Requirements
