Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Fenton, MO is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our compassionate care team for 12-hour shifts. You will perform nursing care, complete resident rounds, verify identifications before medications or meals, and ensure residents have access to water, while following facility policies.

Qualified candidates hold CPR/BLS, a CMT certification, and a Missouri CNA license; prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• CMT Certification required.
• CNA license in Missouri required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care in accordance with facility policies and safety guidelines.
• Conduct resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to ensure proper care.
• Verify resident identification before administering medications or serving meals.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and accessible to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
