Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to join our overnight care team under new management. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily living activities with compassion and dignity.

This full-time role requires Missouri CMT certification, CNA registry listing, CPR/BLS, and at least 2 years in long-term care. Daily pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to a dedicated team member.

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for safely administering medications and providing compassionate, hands‑on care to our residents throughout the overnight shift. You'll help create a clean, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes health and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as prescribed and in compliance with state regulations

• Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations

• Record and report any changes in resident condition

• Monitor and restock medication inventories

• Support team members and maintain high care standards

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (Missouri)

• Listed on the Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA)

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long‑term care/skilled nursing facility (preferred)
