Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking an overnight CNA/CMT to provide safe medication administration and hands-on resident care from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will help maintain a clean, respectful environment that promotes health and dignity for residents.

Positions include daily pay, a beneficial full-time package, and opportunities for advancement under new leadership. Qualifications include MO CMT/CNA credentials and CPR/BLS certification, with preferred long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Active CMT certification (Missouri).
• Listed on Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and in compliance with state regulations.
• Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations.
• Assist with ADLs, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and hydration.
• Record and report any changes in resident condition.
• Monitor and restock medication inventories.
• Support team members and maintain high care standards.

Position Perks

  • 6p-10p: Serve as CMT
  • 10p-6a: Serve as CNA
  • Get paid the higher CMT rate for the full 12-hour shift!

Shift

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for safely administering medications and providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents throughout the overnight shift. You'll help create a clean, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes health and dignity.
