Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state approved nursing assistant training program and CMA training.
• Current GA CMA Registry standing and no termination for CMA duties.

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-ordered medications and maintain records.
• Verify resident identity and document drug details.
• Observe ingestion and respond to medication effects.
• Record vital signs and report significant changes.
• Maintain CMA competencies per GA rules.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
