Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join the nursing team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and coordinate their medication administration, ensuring comfort and safety throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation and clear communication with Health Care staff, with caregiving responsibilities including personal care, meals, and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Certification to pass medications, as required by state regulations.
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) eligibility or credential.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents.
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional comfort and responding accordingly.
• Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Confidentially communicating urgent needs and concerns to the Health Care Director.
