Formación

• Must hold an active Pennsylvania CMA certification.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience, preferably in senior care.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to serve seniors.
• Exhibits excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately measuring, preparing, and administering medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report concerns promptly to nursing staff.
• Maintain precise medication records and documentation.
• Assist residents with medication reminders and ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Keep the medication dispensing area clean and organized.
• Uphold resident safety and confidentiality standards.
