We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will play a vital role in residents' lives by managing medication administration and supporting activities of daily living. (Weekend CMA Shifts)

We seek individuals with the necessary certifications for a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to assigned residents
• Assist with daily resident care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond appropriately
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicate clearly with staff regarding urgent needs and concerns to the Healthcare Director
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
