We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Hours

• Full time, 2pm-10pm rotating shift

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitoring the residents’ physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Confidentially communicating clearly with other staff, such as urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Healthcare Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
