The position requires a CMA certificate, First Aid training, and experience with older adults. Expect shift variety including days, evenings, and weekends in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide certificate or state med pass cert.
• Basic First Aid Training completed.
• High school diploma or GED obtained.
• Experience working with older adults.
• Experience in medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on time per care plan.
• Document medications given and not given per policies.
• Monitor residents' health, safety, and well-being.
• Record changes in residents' status and vital information.
• Complete incident reports and update records.
• Respond to emergencies and arrange medical follow-up.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and facility information.
