The Blossoms in Eureka Springs, AR is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to administer medications under nurse supervision. You will perform MAR documentation, monitor residents, and report responses to the nurse on duty. This role requires careful attention to safety, accuracy, and compliance with state regulations.

Must have high school diploma or equivalent and Arkansas state CMA license. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required, with mandatory trainings and meetings.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications and inhalers per orders.
• Documents medications on MAR chart.
• Monitors residents for adverse reactions and vital signs.
• Calculates dosages and stocks the medication cart.
• Reports to nurse on duty about resident responses.
• Reports instructions before PRN medications.
• Audits documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lifts/moves/res transfers residents safely as needed.
• Attends mandatory meetings and in-services.
• Participates in medication pass audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.
