Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold current Arkansas state license.
• Ability to document and follow MAR records.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral and inhaled medications.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes.
• Document medications on MAR daily.
• Audit documentation for accuracy.
• Safely lift and transfer residents as needed.
• Attend mandatory meetings and med pass audits.
