Job summary

The Blossoms in Rogers, AR is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant to support our residents with safe medication administration under licensed nurse supervision.

This full-time role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to follow state regulations; you will participate in med passes, monitor residents, document MAR, and attend trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Arkansas CMA license required.
• Experience with medication administration preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications per policy.
• Observes residents for adverse reactions and reports to nurse.
• Maintains MAR documentation.
• Monitors vital signs.
• Assists with transfers and daily resident care tasks.
• Attends required meetings and trainings.
