Job summary

The Blossoms at White Hall is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following federal/state regulations and company policies.

You will handle a range of medications and treatments, document MARs, monitor residents, and assist with transfers. Requires Arkansas CMA license and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Arkansas CMA license.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, inhalers, topical, nasal, etc.) under nurse supervision.
• Observe residents for medication reactions and report concerns.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and document findings.
• Calculate dosages and stock medication cart.
• Document medications given on MAR chart daily.
