Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to provide direct resident care and supervise medication administration per care plans. You will communicate changes to the Health Services Director and assist in supervising resident assistants.

Responsibilities include medication preparation and storage, daily living support, and documenting vital signs and care notes while maintaining confidentiality and Residents' Rights.

Qualifications

• Completion of Qualified Medication Aide program with current license.
• 18-24 months experience in a similar position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by their physician(s).
• Document all medication management functions as required by regulation and protocols.
• Obtain, receive, and store medications from pharmacy.
• Participate in medication training and demonstrate competency.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in medication storage area.
• Assist residents with daily activities and meal preparation.
• Record vital signs, weight, and tensions as required; observe skin changes and report to supervisor.
• Ensure resident confidentiality and report all complaints or incidents.
