Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide to support residents with medications, monitor health signs, and document care per regulations. You will handle medication storage, perform routine safety checks, and work under supervision to maintain dignity and safety in a person-centered environment.

The role requires a Qualified Medication Aide program completion, a valid license, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of Qualified Medication Aide program with current license.
• 18–24 months experience in a similar position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by their physician(s).
• Document functions related to medication management as required by regulation.
• Obtain, receive, and store medication(s) from pharmacy.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in medication storage area.
• Record vital signs, weight, measurements; observe/ report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and respect Residents’ Rights.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge; inventory possessions.
• Follow Universal Precautions and safety rules; report violations.
• Attend orientation, training, and staff meetings; perform other tasks as needed.
