Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to provide direct resident care, assist with medications, and support daily living activities within the community. The role includes documenting care, ensuring safety, and communicating changes to the Health Services Director.

Responsibilities include medication handling, training participation, and upholding residents' rights and confidentiality while maintaining a clean, organized medications area and reporting any incidents

Qualifications

• Clear English speaking and writing ability; communicate effectively.
• Ability to work with residents and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physician(s).
• Document medication management activities per regulation and community protocols.
• Obtain, receive, and store medications from pharmacy.
• Participate in medication training and demonstrate competency.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in medication storage area.
• Assist residents with daily activities and routine care as needed.
• Record vital signs, weight, and other notes; report changes to supervisor.
