Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer medications to residents under supervision and assist with daily living activities. This role is based in Lawrenceburg, IN, at RidgeWood Health Campus, and requires state certification as a QMA/CMA with an active CNA in good standing.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state.
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration within scope of role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nursing staff.
