• Completes yearly competency testing and maintains CE credits (12 hours annually).
• State-specific CMA/TMA requirements may apply; must have CMA/TMA certification where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document care, medication administration, and vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Assist with meals, dining, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Encourage participation in wellness and recreational programs.
