Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Minimum age 18 years.
• When applicable, CMA/CNA certifications per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance as per plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document care, med outcomes and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
