Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with resident medications and daily living tasks. The role operates under the supervision of a licensed nurse and DON, ensuring accurate administration and documentation of prescribed meds in the facility.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state.
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under licensed supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within scope of role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
